The wedding of Shelby and Oliver will be one that will stay with me for a long time. Not only because of the love that these two obviously have for each other, but because we survived the 30 MPH WINDS! Normally when it's super windy we reschedule the session. When it's a wedding you make it work. And boy, did we make it work.
Their wedding took place at the Saint Peter's Gazebo in St. Peter's, Missouri. It was a beautiful location with some great spots to capture some gorgeous images and with the wind we had to be creative and work a little harder.
This groom loves his bride. When Oliver and I arrived to prepare for the first look, some decorations had been blown over, and the tulle had come off the gazebo. Luckily I usually have a ladder with me, and Oliver worked hard to get everything tied back up, He had to get creative and made it happen.
And the first look! Melt my heart. When Oliver saw his gorgeous bride, Shelby, for the first time, the love and emotion were evident and the few shed tears were heartwarming to witness.
And this couple had great wedding parties. With the wind and the cold, they never complained. They supported the couple and spent time out in the elements to get the photos the couple would want to remember from their day. They were truly amazing!
I was so glad to be a part of Shelby and Oliver's journey to "I do" I pray countless blessings on your marriage and your families. Hugs you two!
