Madison + Reagan

A Wedding Day Full of Love, Laughter & Summer Sunshine
There are some wedding days that feel like a celebration from the very first moment, and Madison and Reagan’s wedding day was definitely one of them. Surrounded by the people they love most, these two brides celebrated their love in Centralia, Missouri, the place Madison grew up. And while Missouri decided to turn up the heat with a steamy 98-degree day, absolutely nothing was going to keep us from celebrating these two beautiful brides!

Our day began with getting-ready portraits at two of Centralia’s charming Airbnbs. Madison got ready at the Four Sisters, where she had a very special surprise waiting for her. Her mom, Debbie, had her and Madison's dad’s wedding bands carefully pinned to Madison’s bouquet, a beautiful little reminder of the love and commitment that came before her and the marriage she was about to begin.

Meanwhile, over at the Sneed House, Reagan was getting ready with her own special moments. Her mom, Tara, helped her into her wedding attire and even helped slip her shoes on while Reagan relaxed and took it all in. And speaking of shoes… Reagan had a little message waiting on the bottoms: “My Always & Forever.” Because sometimes the sweetest details are the ones only a few people get to see.

Both brides carried gorgeous bouquets from In Full Bloom that were filled with perfect summer radiance of bright sunflowers and beautiful roses. They were the perfect reflection of the season, and of the joy surrounding the entire day.

Before their ceremony, Madison and Reagan shared one of the most intimate moments of their wedding day. On the porch of the Rollins House, they held each other’s hands and privately shared their vows. No crowd. No distractions. Just the two of them, making promises and speaking the words that would carry them into this next chapter together.

And then came the moment they had been waiting for.
We brought the brides around so they could see each other for the first time, and the love between them was unmistakable. You could see it in their faces, in their smiles, and in the way they looked at each other. After all the planning, all the anticipation, and all the little moments leading up to this day, they were finally standing there together as brides.

Then it was time to make some magic!
Yes, it was HOT. 😂 But wedding days don't stop for the weather, and neither did we! We found some beautiful shade in a field beside the lake and captured some gorgeous portraits of Madison and Reagan together. The summer light, the landscape, their beautiful flowers, and, most importantly, the way they looked at each other made every minute worth it.

And they weren't doing it alone.
Madison and Reagan surrounded themselves with a wedding party that absolutely showed up for them. They laughed with them, supported them, helped keep the day moving, and made sure these two brides had the kind of wedding day they deserved. There is something so special about watching a couple surround themselves with people who genuinely love them.

Then it was time for the moment everyone had been waiting for.
In front of their closest family and friends, Madison and Reagan stood together and made their promises to one another. And when they shared their very first kiss as wives, their loved ones erupted in cheers. It was joyful, emotional, and completely them.

The celebration continued into the reception with heartfelt speeches, plenty of BBQ from Pig Up & Go, and lots of dancing. There were laughs, happy tears, hugs, and all the little moments that make a wedding reception more than just a party, it becomes a memory everyone carries with them.
And then Madison's dad brought a little extra personality to the celebration when he pulled out the kilt in honor of the McCord clan! Because apparently, every wedding needs a little Scottish flair. 😉 And to those of you that don't have Scots in your ancestry, don't be jealous.

As the sun began to set, we kinda missed golden hour, but managed to grab that mystical blue hour. We slipped away with Madison and Reagan for a few quiet moments together. Can you say, wow! After a full day surrounded by the people they love, it was a beautiful chance to pause, take a breath, and simply be together as newlyweds before returning to the celebration.

Madison and Reagan, your wedding day was filled with so much love, laughter, family, friendship, and a whole lot of summer heat! But through every moment, the thing that stood out most was the love you share.
Congratulations, Madison and Reagan! May your life together be filled with countless adventures, quiet moments, belly laughs, beautiful sunsets, and a lifetime of choosing each other, over and over again.
We pray you have a lifetime of happiness.
